The delivery of the order is carried out by the courier company cooperating with us, ELTA Courier, within 1-3 working days. You will receive an informative e-mail regarding the progress of the delivery and you will be able to track it through the special platform you will find on our website.

We provide you with the possibility to receive your order directly from the Physical Service Points. For orders placed by 14:00 p.m. from Monday - Friday, pickup is available from 18:00 p.m. of the same day, as long as you have received the confirmation email/sms (second). For orders placed on Friday from 21:00 p.m. and then and throughout the weekend, pickup is available from Monday 18:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00-14:00
