Biotin

Vitamin B7  is now better known by the name biotin.Biotin is very common in natural products and its richest sources are beef liver, the peanuts, chocolate and eggs, while to a lesser extent meat, whole grains and dairy products. The daily needs of the body are approximately 100 mg. Its deficiency in the body is quite rare, but if it occurs, it causes dermatitis, gastroenteritis and muscle pains in humans. If the levels of biotin in our body are sufficient, then we will see that our hair, nails and skin are in very good condition.
