Vitamin D

Vitamin D, known as the vitamin of the sun, belongs to the group of water-soluble vitamins and for its synthesis, the body needs immediate exposure to solar radiation as it is synthesized in the skin and on the other hand consumption of foods such as cereals, dairy products, fatty fish and its yolk egg. Its forms are D2-ergocalciferol and D3-cholecalciferol.
