- Legal distribution of pharmaceutical products
According to the Greek legal order, the distribution of pharmaceutical products is governed by the provisions of the N.D. 96/73 (articles 12 par. 1 and 13, ), ND 363 (4/9 Aug, 1941 (Government Gazette A' 268 PAR. 4) and PD 194/95 (article 4 par. 1).
Fully respecting the Greek Legislation and article 116 of Y.A.32221 GOVERNMENT Β΄/1049/29-4-2013, our online store DOES NOT sell remotely to the public medicines that are given by medical prescription or reimbursed by the agencies social security.
- Product ordering and consumer protection
