Ordering is possible throughout the day, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
In the event that you place your order outside business hours (Monday-Friday: 09:00-14:00 and Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday: 18:00-20:00), your order is considered to have been sent to our website at 9:00 am of the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). From the moment your order is received on our website, it is processed immediately and the available products are prepared for shipment.
The ordering process is easy! By adding the products of your choice to your cart and once you have finished shopping, proceed to register your order. During your visit to our website, you have the possibility to check the contents of your basket, add or remove any product and/or increase or decrease its quantity at any time.
Before completing your order, carefully check whether you agree with the selected products and their quantities, as shown in your shopping cart.
At the end of your order, choose whether to make the purchase as a registered user or as a visitor, then filling in your personal details. After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and registration of your order, noting the method of delivery-receipt.

Your order is processed immediately and available products are ready to be shipped the same day or the next business day. You will be asked for your personal email and a contact phone number. It is recommended that you note down the codes of the products you wish to order, for your better service and to avoid any mistakes during the telephone order.
For security reasons, payment by credit or debit card is not available for your telephone orders.
