SHIPPING COSTS/CHARGES
1) With courier companies (ELTA Courier) and (General Post).
The dispatch of your order can be carried out at your place with the courier company cooperating with us and the following conditions apply:
- For purchases above of 45,00€ and up to 2kg of weight (volumetric or real) the shipment is Free.
- For orders less than €45,00 and up to 2kg weight (volumetric or actual) the shipping costs are only €2,90.
- For orders in hard-to-reach areas less than 45,00€ and up to 2kg of weight (volumetric or actual) the shipping costs are €2,99
- In all cases the cost of cash on delivery amounts to amount of €1,99.
- For orders over 2kg (volumetric or actual) and regardless of the amount, there is an additional charge of €1,50 per kilo (volumetric or actual).
- For heavy items, shipping is done by a transport agency. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, while the products are picked up from the agency's headquarters. In this case, the cash on delivery method of payment is not available, making it necessary to have previously paid for the order by credit / debit card, PayPal or deposit to our bank account.
