Return Policy

Return Policy


To be able to return the products, they must be fulfilled the following necessary conditions:

  •  The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.
  • You must first contact the Pharmado.gr customer service department, at tel. 26610-48085, Monday-Friday: 09:00 - 14:00 and Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday: 18:00-20: 00 (except weekends and holidays).
  •  The product must be in its factory form, in perfect condition, unopened and unused.
  •  The product packaging must not have damage or alterations to the original factory packaging (box or gelatin). For this reason, we recommend returning the product in a suitable package, a box and not an envelope.
  •  Send the receipt or purchase invoice along with the return.
  •  With a note informing us of the problem that has arisen with the returned product.
  • For safety and quality reasons, it is not possible to return non-defective products such as baby milk, baby food items, snacks, bars, etc.
  • Product changes, which are the contents of a promotional package, are not accepted. The entire package should be replaced.
  • The return can be made either by shipping or by delivery: 

a) at the Pharmacy ΄΄Maria K. Panaretou΄΄, on the street 26 Polychroniou Konstantas, Corfu Postal Code: 49100 ή  

b) at the Dionysios S. Skiadopoulos Pharmacy, on the street Georgiou Theotokis 56, Corfu Postal Code: 49100.


In case the return is not made within the time period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product or not fulfilled any of the necessary return conditions, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, with transport costs borne by him.

 Provided that all of the above are met necessary return conditions, the consumer has the right to request the return-replacement of a product in the following cases:


1) Case of exchange of defective products or wrong shipment:

Essential that all the above basic return conditions are met and that our call center has been contacted beforehand.

In the event that a product of defective quality* is sent or there is an error in the billing - shipment, then Pharmado undertakes its replacement and the cost of transportation with the partner courier agency. The refund will be made exclusively in the case of exhaustion of stocks or inability to replace the products, with the corresponding amount being credited to one of your bank accounts or your credit card, depending on the way the initial payment was made. The replacement of the products or the credit of the money will only be done after the receipt of the defective/wrong products by our pharmacy and within 20 working days from the day of their receipt by us.


*In order to determine if the product is defective, before proceeding with the return process, you should email us photos of the product so that it can be checked by our relevant department. If you ship the product without following the above procedure, you are responsible for all shipping costs.


In the event that the package arrives and it turns out that the necessary return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


2) Case of change at the request of the customer:

All must be met the above basic return conditions and that our call center has been contacted beforehand.


After we receive the returned order, the relevant control is carried out by our competent department and the necessary return conditions are met, you will be able to proceed to a new order. Changes are made to the purchase price of the product to be returned.

In case the new order is of lower value, you will receive a discount coupon, which can be used in your next purchase.

The transport costs in the case of a change at the customer's request, are borne by the entire customer. 

The product to be returned is sent exclusively by a courier company and not by ordinary post. 

If, after the change, the new order does not exceed €45, shipping costs will be charged (click here).

In the case of a change at the customer's request, a refund is not possible, but you have the option of placing a new order.


  • ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellation can be performed, Provided that The products have NOT been delivered by us to the cooperating courier company.

Ways to cancel an order:

a) Via email to info@pharmado.gr stating your desire to cancel your order, the order code, your name and your phone number.

b) By telephone at 2661048085, Monday-Friday: 09:00 - 15:00 pm (except Saturday - Sunday and public holidays).

 
In the event that you have made the payment for your order, if the payment has been made by deposit or by credit card, after you have declared the cancellation of the order it becomes necessary to contact us in order to inform us of the details of the bank account to which you wish the amount to be refunded, incurring the bank costs. Your refund will be made within 20 working days from the day of your communication with our relevant department, depending on the Bank you work with.
