  • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

    • What are Pharmado's opening hours? 

    a) For telephone orders: 

    We are with you every day Monday-Friday: 09:00 - 15:00 p.m. except Saturday - Sunday and Holidays, to place your order, by calling us at 2661048085. 

    b) For online orders: 

    You can place your online order throughout the day and all days of the year Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. In the event that you place your order outside of business hours (Monday-Friday: 09:00 - 14:00 and Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday: 18:00-20:00), your order is considered hits our website at 9:00 am of the next working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). From the moment of receipt of your order on our website, it is carried out immediately and the available products are prepared for shipment. 

    c) For pickups from Physical Service Points: 

    We are waiting for you to pick up your order from our physical stores in the city of Corfu, after you first receive the second confirmation email/sms from us, with which you will be informed that your order is ready for delivery. 

    Collections are made as follows:  

    a) Pharmacy ΄΄Maria K. Panaretou΄΄, at 26 Polychroniou Konstantas Street, Corfu Postal Code: 49100. 

    • For orders placed by 14:00 p.m. from Monday - Friday, collection is available from 18:00 p.m. of the same day (except Wednesday), if you have received the confirmation email/sms (second). For orders placed on Friday from 14:00 p.m. and then and throughout the weekend, pickup is available from 18:00 p.m. of Monday. 

    b) Dionysios S. Skiadopoulos Pharmacy, εat 56 Georgiou Theotoki Street, Corfu PO Box: 49100 (Exclusively for pre-paid orders). 

    • For orders placed by 14:00 p.m. from Monday - Friday, collection is available from 18:00 p.m. of the same day, if you have received the second confirmation

    no email/sms. For orders placed on Friday from 14:00 p.m. and then and throughout the weekend, pickup is available from 18:00 p.m. of Monday. 

    During the process of receiving your order from our physical pharmacies, it is necessary to present the order code. Order search by Name - Phone - Product - email is impossible! 

    *The possibility of receiving your order from the physical store is available for orders over €20. 

    d) Call center operation: 

    We are at your disposal every day Monday-Friday: 09:00 - 15:00 pm. (except Saturday - Sunday and Public Holidays) by calling us at 2661048085.  

    • I regretted buying a product. Can I return it? Of course! After we have received the returned order, the relevant check has been carried out by our competent department and the necessary return conditions have been met (click here), you will be able to proceed with a new order. Changes are made to the purchase price of the product to be returned.  

    Shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer. The product to be returned is sent exclusively by a courier company and not by ordinary post. If after the change, the new order does not exceed €39,00, there will be a charge of €2,50 shipping costs + €1,50 cash on delivery. 

    • How can I return a product? 

     In order to be able to return the products, the following necessary conditions must be met: 

    a) The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. 

    b) The customer service department of Pharmado.gr must have been contacted first, at tel. 2661048085, Monday-Friday: 09:00 - 15:00 pm. (except weekends and holidays).

    c) The product must be in its factory form, in excellent condition, unopened and unused. 

    d) The product packaging must not have damage or alterations to the original factory packaging (box or gelatin). For this reason, we recommend returning the product in a suitable package, a box and not an envelope. 

    e) To send the receipt or purchase invoice together with the return.

    g) With a note to let us know the problem that has arisen regarding the returned product. 

    h) For safety and quality reasons, it is not possible to return non-defective products such as baby milk, baby food items, snacks, bars, etc. 

    i) Product changes, which are part of the offer package, are not accepted. The entire package should be replaced. 

    j) The return can be made either by shipment or by delivery:  

    a) at the Pharmacy ΄΄Maria K. Panaretou΄΄, on the street 26 Polychroniou Konstantas, Corfu Postal Code: 49100 ή  

    b) at the Dionysios S. Skiadopoulos Pharmacy, on the street Georgiou Theotokis 56, Corfu Postal Code: 49100. 

     In the event that the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, or if any of the necessary return conditions are not met, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs to bear upon him. 

    • I was sent a defective/wrong product. What happens in this case? It is necessary to meet the basic return conditions (Press here).  In the event that a product of defective quality* was sent or there is an error in the pricing - shipment, then we proceed with a refund of your money, by crediting the corresponding amount to your bank account. Refunds are made only after receipt of the defective/wrong products from our pharmacy and within 20 working days from the day of their receipt by us. 

    *In order to determine whether the product is defective, before proceeding with the return process, you should email us photos of the product so that it can be checked by our relevant department. If you ship the product without following the above procedure, you are responsible for all shipping costs.

    In the event that the package arrives and it turns out that the necessary return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him. 

    • Can I cancel my order? 

    The cancellation of the order can be carried out, provided that the delivery of the products has NOT been carried out by us to the cooperating courier company. Ways to cancel an order: a) Via email at info@pharmado.gr stating your wish to cancel your order, your order code, your name and your telephone number. 

    b) By telephone at 2661048085, Monday-Friday: 09:00 - 15:00 pm (except Saturday - Sunday and public holidays).  

    In case you have paid for your order, if the payment has been made by deposit or by credit/debit card, after the cancellation of the order it becomes necessary to contact us in order to inform us of the details of the bank account to which you wish the amount to be refunded, incurring bank charges . Your money will be refunded within 15 working days from the day of your communication with the competent department, always depending on the Bank you work with. 

    • How/When can I collect my order from the Physical Service Points? 

    After completing your order you will be informed with a confirmation email about the registration of your order. Once your product collection is complete, you will receive a new email informing you that your order is ready for delivery (second). Then you can proceed to receive your order from our physical points in Corfu:

    • How many days does it take to receive my order at the physical stores? Your order remains to be picked up by our two pharmacies, for period of five working days. After the five-day period, your order is automatically canceled and your money will be refunded.  
    • Why should I register and become a member of Pharmado? 

    For your best service, it is suggested that you register and become a member of Pharmado, making it easier and faster to register your details, but also to take advantage of our regular offers aimed at our members. In this way, you will also have the possibility to monitor the progress of your order and the history of your transactions with our online store at any time and time, through your account on our website.

    • What bonus will I get if I keep a Pharmado account? 

    With every purchase you make at Pharmado you earn points (Press here). Reward points are accumulated in your account, where you can see at any time exactly how many points you have accumulated. 

    In order to be able to collect & redeem reward points it is necessary to have created a Pharmado account and log in to it BEFORE making your purchases. All the points you have collected are stored and displayed in your account, so that you can be updated immediately and redeem them whenever you want.

    • How much does the shipping cost? 

    The shipment of your order is carried out at your place with the courier companies cooperating with us, according to the following conditions: 

    • For purchases above of 45,00€ and up to 2kg of weight (volumetric or actual) the shipment is Free
    • For orders less than €45,00 and up to 2kg weight (volumetric or actual) the shipping costs are only €2,90.
    • For orders in hard-to-reach areas smaller than 45,00€ and up to 2kg of weight (volumetric or real) the shipping costs are 2,99€
    • In all cases the cost of cash on delivery amounts to amount of €1,99.
    •  For orders over 2kg (volumetric or actual) and regardless of the amount, there is an additional charge of €1,50 per kilo (volumetric or actual). 
    • For heavy items, shipping is done by a transport agency. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, while the products are picked up from the agency's headquarters. In this case, the cash on delivery method of payment is not available, making it necessary to have previously paid for the order by credit / debit card, PayPal or deposit to our bank account.

    • How long does it take to receive my courier order? The delivery of the products takes place with the cooperating courier company within 1 - 3 working days. For remote areas the delivery time may be extended by 3 - 5 working days. 

    In case any of our products are not available, there may be a waiting time of 4 to 6 working days. 

    • How can I track my order?  

    We provide you with the possibility to track your order through a special platform that you will find on our website entitled ΄΄track my order΄΄(Press here). 

    • Which carrier does Pharmado work with? 

    At this moment we cooperate with ELTA Courier and General Post

    • I don't have a credit card, how can I pay? 

    By completing your order, you can choose one of the following payment methods:  

    1) Cash on delivery: With the cash on delivery method, we send you your order through the courier company cooperating with us (ELTA Courier) and you pay the price at the time of receipt. The cash on delivery service is charged at €1,99. Orders over €100 do not incur cash on delivery costs. 

    For orders over €500, one of the following payment methods should be selected. 2) With card: Apart from credit it is possible to pay with debit or prepaid, with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover or Diners. For security reasons, payment by debit card is not available for your phone orders. 3) With PayPal: You can pay for your order by choosing to pay via the PayPal electronic payment portal.  

    4) Payment at the Physical Store: By choosing to receive your order from Pharmacy ΄΄Maria K. Panaretou΄΄, at 26 Polychroniou Konstantas Street in Corfu, you have the option to pay in cash your order upon receipt. Please come for collection, after first receiving an informational e-mail/sms 

    (second) that your order is ready for delivery, necessarily providing the order code. This option is valid for orders over €20. 

    Note: The ΄΄Dionysios S. Skiadopoulos΄΄ Pharmacy, at 56 Georgiou Theotoki Street in Corfu, serves exclusively prepaid orders.  

    5) Bank deposit/transfer: It is carried out exclusively in the bank account of our company, with reason of deposit your order code. When the deposit is made by any other Greek or Foreign bank (e.g. from Eurobank in Piraeus), any costs of the transaction are borne exclusively by the customer and in no case by Pharmado. The order is sent only after the amount appears in the corresponding account of our company.

    • Are all products immediately available? 

    Our Pharmado online store makes every effort to have all its products immediately available using modern warehouse stock tracking programs. In the event that a code runs out, Pharmado's order department will contact you and inform you of the exact time of receipt of your products.

    • What if I have entered the wrong address? 

    If your order has the wrong address, it will simply not be delivered and will be returned to us by the courier at some point.  

    If you realized that the address you have given us is wrong, please call the Customer Service Department on 2661048085 so that we can inform the courier company to deliver your order to the correct address as soon as possible. 

    • Is my personal data safe? 

    Our Pharmado online store considers any information provided by the user regarding his personal data or his order as confidential and confidential and therefore does not expressly commit to the non-disclosure, exchange, sale or disclosure of personal data and information of its customers. 

    We would like to assure you that the protection of the personal data of our customers is of primary importance. For this reason, we take appropriate measures to protect the personal data we process and to ensure that the processing of personal data is always carried out in accordance with the obligations set by the legal framework (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR 2016/ 679)

    • Are the prices of the online store also valid in the physical store? The prices of the online store are the same as those of the physical store, the discounts differ. 
    • Can I order medicines from the online store? 

    Fully respecting the Greek Legislation and article 116 of Y.A.32221 GOVERNMENT Β΄/1049/29-4-2013, our online store DOES NOT sell remotely to the public medicines that are provided with a medical prescription or reimbursed by the agencies social security.
