Lamberts Vitamin B-50 Complex is a B-complex supplement. B-complex vitamins are a group of water-soluble nutrients with common characteristics.

B vitamins are naturally found in many foods such as meat, chicken, cereals and brewer's yeast. They are essential for many metabolic and biochemical functions of the body. Several of the B vitamins contribute*:

In the normal functioning of the immune system (Vitamins B12, B6, Folic acid),
In the treatment of tiredness and fatigue (Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, Folic acid)
In maintaining normal psychological function (B1, B2, B6, B12, Biotin, Folic acid).
In the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, Biotin)

Ingredients-Excipients

Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin).

Preferably taken after meals.

This product should not be taken by pregnant or lactating women.

Taking the B complex of vitamins can cause the urine to turn yellow. This is harmless and indicates the elimination of excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin) from the body. Long-term intake of Vitamin B6 (100mg/day) can lead to the appearance of numbness (numbness) in the extremities (which subsides when the intake of the vitamin is stopped).
