Lanes Vitamin C 1000 mg Pineapple Mango is a food supplement in effervescent form with pineapple, mango flavor. It strengthens the immune system and protects it against seasonal infections.

Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system function, normal psychological function, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, maintenance of normal immune system function during and after intense physical exercise. *

The main functions of vitamin C are to maintain collagen, ligaments, bones, teeth and strengthen the walls of blood vessels and gums. It plays an important role in the absorption of iron which is necessary in the formation of erythrocytes, as well as in the utilization of folic acid. *

It is recommended for people who need higher doses of vitamin C, who want to avoid or deal with a cold and possibly for people who are prone to frequent colds during the winter season
