Solgar Chromium Picolinate is a dietary supplement with chromium. Chromium picolinate is a chelated form of chromium combined with picolinic acid. It is a food supplement useful for blood sugar control, and for reducing the desire to eat sweet and carbohydrate foods. Chromium also facilitates the metabolism of fat in the body. Solgar's Chromium Picolinate dietary supplement is manufactured according to the patented Chromax-II GTF trivalent chromium picolinate (tripicolinate).

Chromium contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Recommended dosage:

Preferably taken with a meal.
Not to be taken by diabetics without medical supervision.
