The Genecom Terra Mag food supplement provides the body with magnesium and vitamin B6, which increases its absorption.

As a nutritional component, magnesium is very important for proper muscle function. Magnesium also contributes to: the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the balance of electrolytes, the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at the production of energy, the normal functioning of the nervous system, the normal psychological function, as well as the maintenance of the normal state of bones and teeth.

Magnesium deficiency can result in weakness, muscle cramps, tachycardia, nausea, headache and mental disturbance.

Vitamin B6 in turn contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (as does magnesium) and in addition to the regulation of hormonal activity.

It is recommended to be taken after the meal.
Magnesium should be avoided by people with kidney failure and neuromuscular diseases. To be taken at least 2 hours after antibiotic treatment, as it may interfere with the absorption of the antibiotic medicine.
The most common side effect of magnesium is diarrhea and stomach upsets, usually in doses that exceed 1g per day.
Taking this amount of vitamin B6 for a long time can lead to mild itching and numbness.
