Genecom Terra B Complex is a nutritional supplement that contains the essential B vitamins along with vitamin C, as well as the non-essential choline, biotin and para-amino-benzoic acid (PABA). Although they can be taken individually, the way B vitamins work in the body is commonly linked. For this reason, it is considered more complete to take the whole complex to meet daily needs.

B vitamins help maintain the health of the nervous system and psychological function, promote healthy skin, hair and nails and contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at producing energy, to reduce fatigue.

The vitamin C contained is necessary for the effective functioning of the immune system and also increases the absorption of iron by the body.
