Osteoguard Advance is a specially designed formula from Lamberts which provides Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamins D3 and K2. The selection of micronutrients and their quantity was based on their properties in bone metabolism as calcium, magnesium and vitamins D & K contribute to maintaining the normal state of bones. *

It is worth noting that the calcium/magnesium ratio (2:1) of Osteoguard advance, as well as the salt forms of these metals are in forms that ensure the maximum possible absorption. (Calcium as a mixture of calcium carbonate and citrate and magnesium as a mixture of magnesium carbonate, citrate and hydroxide).

Also as in all Lamberts formulations containing K2, Vitamin K2 is found in its natural form (as menaquinone/MK-7) and is made from chickpeas through a special fermentation process.

Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Tablet coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Stearic Acid.

Recommended dosage:

2 tablets daily.

Preferably taken with a meal.
